Project #1: To create an online course targeting small business entrepreneurs and their needs for starting internship programs.

Timeline: September 2022 - December 2022

Tasks: We conducted market research on the online course and developed internal marketing documents: Marketing plan, SWOT Analysis, Buyer Personas. Then, I had the opportunity to research key terms. Finally, we collaborated to compose online course modules, ran through multiple rounds of editing, and published the final course onto Kajabi: "Building a World Class Internship Program.

Project #2: To develop marketing communications based on the marketing plan and buyer personas created previously: blogs, social media posts, and emails.

Other Contributions: Managed the project's timeline and communicated with key stakeholders to ensure timely development.

Timeline: January 2023 - May 2023

Results: Increase conversion rate by 22%.

Project #3: To write a series of SEO-optimized poems demonstrating UPTC's mission. These poems gave me an opportunity to express my creativity and life experiences through the written word, and uplift individuals who have been through similar experiences.
